Following my passion for physical and emotional health and well-being, personal and spiritual development as well as my deep appreciation of nature's beauty NurtureNESS is all about the simple truth: "Health is a Habit and Happiness is a Choice" and how you can be a real Well-BEING.
Every Dis-ease is Chaos at the atomic Level. In fact, as author and scientist Raymond Francis explains, there is only one Disease - malfunctioning Cells caused by either Toxicity or Deficiency in any of the six Pathways: Nutrition, Toxins, Psychological, Physical, Genetic, and Medical. After being introduced to the work of Dr Hamer I like to drop the expression of "malfunctioning cells" as our amazing body's do not just decide to "do the wrong thing". Our bodies, our cells are much smarter and they are actually running a "Significant Biological Programs" (SBP) that is in essence really meant to ensure our survival.
It does matter, what Type of Food we eat, the Environment we live in, the Products we put on our Skin or use in our Household and the toxic Emotions we hang onto for Years. It also matters, that we take nutritional Supplements, move our Body, get fresh Air and Sunshine, have healthy Relationships and resolve emotional Stress.
