Keto vs Mediterranean - What is better?

A quick word about Ketogenic Diet and Mediterranean Lifestyle. In 2016 I was introduced to Ketopia - a 10 Day Program with Meal Replacements that gets you into nutritional ketosis fast - in less than an hour. I was intrigued as I saw an opportunity to help a lot of people and so I did a lot of research. It appears that the keto lifestyle is natural, healthy and has great impact on weight management.
I decided to test the 10 Day Program, to see how I feel on it. And it was great. No hunger, no cravings, none of the side effects people report if they try to get into ketosis by starving.... I was amazed by how long an egg and avocado breakfast would satisfy me compared to a really nice muesli and I watched my nightly sugar cravings disappear.
I didn't do it for weight reasons - rather because everything I read about it made sense. Many of my customers achieved great weight loss - on average 5kg in 10 days...
